If your country is not listed then you will need to make an application for a visa at the US Embassy or Consulate. If you obtain a valid visa, you will not be required to apply for authorisation through ESTA.

Processing Time - Allow 2 - 5 working days prior to travel date
You can submit your application with us prior to your travel. Ideally you should submit as early as possible, we would advise that you submit as soon as your travel is planned. In most cases an immediate decision is processed. Each member of your travelling party must complete a separate application.

Cost of Application
The cost per application is £29.99 + 2.7 % processing fees on all transactions.

Documentation
You will receive a paper print out. Although is not essential that you carry the documentation to the airport. We recommend that you print out the ESTA response in order to maintain a record of your ESTA application number.

Refunds
Where an institution provides a refund of officals fees where an application is denied. First Visa shall make all reasonable attempts to pass on those refunds to client minus any processing fees.

WARNING: If upon application for admission to the United States at a port of entry you are admitted under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) by a US Customs and Border Protection Officer, you may not accept unauthorized employment; or attend school; or represent the foreign information media during your visit under the program. You may not apply for: 1) a change of nonimmigrant status, 2) an extension of stay, or 3) adjustment of status to temporary or permanent resident, unless eligible under section 245(c)(4) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Violation of these terms will subject you to REMOVAL.
